#breakfastideas Masala Idli!! This is a very simple and easy way of making a rava idli more interesting and healthy. It just takes 5 more minutes and little effort.. Method 1. Make the idli batter as per requirement of the family as you do normally with rava, curd, salt and water etc. 2. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, red chilli powder, little zeera powder and pepper powder to taste. Chop in few cashew nuts, green chillies, Curry leaves and fresh corriander leaves and mix well. Now add Eno and make it either in a steamer or microwave as we normally do!! I have served it with leftover sambhar from yesterday, as I had made a dosa, but it tastes yummy with any chutney..even kids love it in tiffin!!
