Hello all , As most of you know that I exclusively breastfed my daughter till 26 months and weaned her gently. I would like to share some tips and tricks, and the things I went through in my journey.
LYING DOWN POSITION:
I'm sure many will freak out that lying down position is harmful, it will choke the baby etc. However it's all myth. Imagine a baby on your lap and baby on the bed and you are feeding... I'm sure you noticed in both the position baby is in lying down position only 🙂 .
So relax, rest yourself well and feed the baby in lying down position, one of the reason for my extended breastfeeding journey is because of my lying down position.
