#Breastisbest seems to be a tagline we mommies take real seriously. however, despite all the wows of breastfeeding, one thing that is needed more than ever is that breastfeeding cannot happen successfully unless you've got a strng support system in place. With this I mean, family, hubby, friends or even a community to inspire you. One advice often underestimated by breastfeeding moms is to ASK FOR HELP. The late nights, witching hours, the purple cry, colic assumptions and so much take a toll and you feel to shout at the little baby in your hand. Oh yes, I have broken down twice in 22 days and more are to come. I asked for help yes and got during the day hours. from my mom, my MIL and maids too. However, what does it feel like when your cry for help doesn't get a response as much as you expected. My post midnights are toughest. Given that we cosleep and my hubby has never let me down, I chose to not involve anyone else for these hours except Mr. Hubby. Most nights went smooth but a couple of them were disastrous. the moment when you need to grab that sanitizer while for ending your cranky infant and your hubby is in such deep sleep that your requests don't reach his ears!! The situation is nothing less than an Ekta Kapoor serial. I curse. I cry. I crank. It becomes an ego War for me and I decide each time I won't bother and will take care of the baby and manage breastfeeding all alone. Everytime I plan and yet I feel lonely every time hubby falls asleep and I am all. alone with baby latched on my breast. And then I ask for help again.
So self dependence is key.. hubby is so helpful at times but there are nights I keep calling him and he is dazed. Tab Lagta hai what siyappa I have done..!! @6057345b641e05001a728bbe

Haha no dear..sometimes my hubby hears her voice and sometimes he is in deep sleep..even I have faced it in the beginning..esk wen I was at my Mom's place and used to sleep alone with the baby after 1st 10 days as my Mum has several migraine and I could not disturb her late nyt..slowly I have grown self dependent and stronger..All the best..don't worry..all will be fine slowly ♥️

My Mil hepled me a lot after delivery. She was always with me during sleepless nights. She slept with me for 2 n half months bcoz the baby was very cranky n husband was unable to sleep with me as he has to go for work in morning. So me n my Mil handle baby n faced sleepless nights. With the passage of time all that time passed away.

" breastfeeding cannot happen successfully unless you've got a strng support system in place. With this I mean, family, hubby, friends or even a community to inspire you" I can totally relate myself with this line.
