INGREDIENTS
Broken Wheat / Dalia – ⅓ bowl
Jaggery – 1 tablespoon
Water – 3 - 3 ½ bowl
Ghee – ⅔ tablespoon
METHOD
1) Add ghee in a pressure cooker, followed by the broken wheat. Roast the wheat till it turns golden brown.
2) Mix jaggery and water together. Boil this mixture till the jaggery is completely dissolved.
3) Add the jaggery water to the roasted broken wheat and pressure cook on a medium flame for 3 whistles. Once the pressure releases, scoop it out in a bowl and serve hot.
