Ingredients :
1. Brown rice powder - 2 tbsp homemade
2.Water - As required
Preparation :
1. Add the rice powder to boiling water.
2. Stir it continuously to avoid lumps
3. Breast milk or formula feed can be added for thickness
4. Once cooked let it cool.
5. Serve lukewarm in a bowl and feed with a baby spoon
Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
