You should not do it until unless your baby is crying every time while being or if you can feel a small swelling near the penis area this procedure should be performed once a month if you are about to clean it but the baby is very small I will advise you to let your baby be 5 months old and then the skin can be easily retractable now baby is very small and it will unnecessary cause redness and itching
