In most cases there are no foods which cause colic. If the baby's system does not agree with a particular food there may be fussiness but again most babies outgrow colic very soon. Eliminating food from the mothers diet is not the first solution.Digestion of your food starts almost immediately and hence if it is food that is affecting then a few short hours is enough.
