The cake turns out very soft and it is very easy to make. Check the recipe below:

◾1 Cup Milk

◾1/2 Half Vanilla Custard Powder

◾1.5 Cup All purpose flour

◾1 Cup Powdered Sugar

◾1 Tsp Baking Powder

◾1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

◾1/2 Cup Oil

◾Cherry & Dry Fruits

Mix milk and custard powder in a Bowl. Sieve all purpose flour, powdered sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Add oil and gradually mix the custard mixture. Pour the batter in a greased mould. Spread cherry and dry fruits. Place the mould in preheated microwave and bake for 30-35 Min.
