can 5 to 6 drops of sweet almond oil be given to 19 months old baby with 1 teaspoon of honey once a day. Advice and opinion needed with benefits or side effects if any .TIA.
Almond oil is a nut based oil and can have allergic reaction. It is beneficial for adults to regulate cholesterol control diabetes etc. You may also not get it in a pure form. For babies you can stick to regular food items and you can include some powdered almonds in the daily diet.
