No butter and cheese are best avoided till one year of age. Salt content is high and cheese can even cause constipation

anything that u make gives the most nutition when its fresh. so may be u can keep it for 2 days but dont prefe the <u>same</u>

i wont suggest that as salt is too high for a baby in it. their daily requirement is 0.2 mg. which comes from other things u give. no need to overload their tiny kidney. instead u cN make cortage cheese at home and make parantha or bhurji and <u>give</u>
