eat a balanced meal.. have lots of fruits and ensure to keep yourself hydrated at all times... seat every 2 hours... you can have coconut water..&nbsp; keeping yourself hydrated will also help in skin remaining elastic and thus less stretch marks.. you can also use a body butter or oil on your tummy and hips... I liked the mama earth body butter ..&nbsp; it's nice and completely natural.
