lactare granules is really good and has no side effects. I am using this from the past 2 months and this has helped me a lot in lactation.

I took lactonic granules but didn't help much, continuous and regular feeding helped a lot

Hey, Both are good, but I've heard good reviews about lactonic granules. I haven't tried them, I feel good diet and feeding regularly works wonderfully.
