Can anyone tell me ;about natural health drinks that are not loaded with sugar or additives. What do anyone of u give to ur child , can anyone tell me about manna health drink pls suggest

Hi Indu as you rightly said market sold drinks are full of sugar and preservatives. Manna health mix or homemade health mix is good choice but before giving it know few things. Right now your baby should eat breakfast, lunch and dinner plus 2 or 3 snacks. Breakfast should be a wholesome breakfast like idly, dosa with sambar or dal, paratha, roti, umpa, eggs etc whatever you all eat as family. Giving this health drink will fill your baby's tummy leaving no space or less space for nutritious breakfast. So i would say keep it occasional or give after breakfast. Let the drink not compensate the meal is all I'm trying to say.
