Roast suji rava from before in bulk and keep it will stay good for a month. You can make fresh instant upma, also munch on walnuts and almonds, avoid cold milk it will lead to more gas formation drink lukewarm milk in small cups, plenty of fresh fruits and since you are pregnant please avoid packed processed ready to eat foods that contain very unhealthy levels of high sodium which will lead to severe water retention later
