hello...
Its like heat rash, sometimes called miliaria or prickly heat, may flare up when your baby sweats – for example, because they're dressed in too many clothes or the environment is hot and humid.
It's a sign your baby's sweat glands have become blocked. They may develop tiny red bumps or blisters on their skin, but these will soon clear.. but you should meet your GP once as baby is too small.. till then make him to wear clean loose soft cotton cloths, massage with coconut oil then bath with a good soap (mamaearth or baby dove) then apply a good moisturiser... dont apply powder.. and always before and after BF wash the cheeks and wipe breast too..

hi sweety be sure u wipe baby's face with a clean wet muslin cloth after feeding and after visitors leave. i shamelessly asked people to wash their hands when she was a few days old. do consult the dr if it persists
