I am also a non vegetarian. so this is the diet I follow. morning I get up and have few almonds soaked overnight. one cup of tea which is an absolute necessity for me. u can switch it with green tea. two soft boiled eggs, two brown bread toast with very little butter, one apple. before lunch ive a bowl of fruits. u can mix fruits and veggies and tofu as well. lunch: one bowl of rice, daal, any seasonal veggies and chicken or fish. evening: one bowl of soup. sometimes have popcorns(not the packet one) dinner: two chappatis daal and sabzi. the golden rule is not to starve urself as I am assuming u r breastfeeding. and if u r following a certain diet and feeling hungry then u r not doing it right. if u want recipes please let me know. 😊

Being a non vegetarian your options becomes wide in nutritious food. Non vegetarian food is a good source of protein which is very necessary for fast healing. You may add eggs, bacon, chicken and fish in your diet. You can avoid red meat. The most important thing is the meat should be well cooked; Try to have grilled foods more than fried and spicy foods.u should avoid peanut,coconut,outsidefood......
