can cervical stitch be done later in pregnancy just in case u need it in emergency? My doc is monitoring me every 2 weeks but I am thinking of having it now..as I am afraid if just bed rest doesn't work out later in pregnancy? currently it is 29mm

oh os is open that's why...yup stitch may benefit you...but your testing doctor will only be able to decide as depends on lot of other things like uterine contractions....softening if cervix...membranes <u>etc</u>

had scan yesterday it shows cervical length 37 mm but internal os open 3.7 mm..<br> admitted in hospital..doc 'll take decision once pain subsidies...

take bed rest and see... if it remains same even after 15-20days of re scan then go for cerclage..
