No connection with breast milk but the sugar and preservatives are not good for anyone...You are putting your body through extra stress. Also if you are craving for chocolate, it indicates your body needs more energy. Increase fruits in your diet, the craving will reduce. More importantly, preservatives deplete your body of its nutrient base, so best avoided. Your body needs more 'real' sources of energy (not sugar) to sustain a high energy activity like breast milk production and feeding. So give it that.

Eating chocolates in moderation is fine. Not everything alters the quality and nutrition of breast milk. Do not over indulge.

u can eat evrrything. NO FOOD causes any change to ur milk. the only thing it will add is extra sugar to ur body. thats all
