having a variety of foods not only helps you get various vitamins, minerals etc,but also helps your baby to be exposed to a variety of tastes, so i would recommend you eat a balanced diet with different food items...

You can eat corn flakes but not every day, eat other healthy breakfast like upma, idly, dosa, poha, dokla, eggs etc to get all the nutrients. The packed cereals like corn flakes ,musseli, etc comes with hidden sugar and preservatives so please avoid everyday.
