Though cough and cold is always due to an infection but some foods..and fruits are known to aggravate phelgm tendency...banana is one of them..if at all you want to give make a pudding out of it..in boiling milk add mashed banana and mix well..add elaichi powder...take off from gas and add finely chopped or grinded dates...give this warm to baby during daytime
