Egg ideally should be started at one year of age. Start with yellow and if that suits them add the white.

My paed told to give egg and dairy products only after the child turns 1. Better avoid before that.

Avoid giving egg to the baby till the age of 1 year, if baby likes it without salt, you can give it. My pediatrician had told to avoid any food which may cause allergies till the age of 1 year.
