Talk to ur pediatrician. See how baby is doing, gaining weight properly etc<br> Don't be in hurry if all is well. But it's totally up to u in the end.<br> Cerelac can be given as an option later as it's very convenient esp in travelling. But try to give home made stuff as a first choice.

No ...breast milk is the best till 6 months. After 6 months you can introduce semi solid food.

Baby should complete 6 months then cerelac is just loaded with sugar with very less nutrients, instead go for home cooked foods, start with vegetables puree, fruits puree, dal kichadi, cooked and mashed dal etc. Slowly do the transition to family food. You can also give ragi porridge.
