start from next month , and start with thin dal soup and thin rice puree, rice water n dak water have empty calories they are not nutritous to babies ,they just fill tummy and baby may miss from getting valuable nutrition from milk

start wid dal water first after 6 months den start wid rice water as starch is little heavy
