Can I give Gulkand to my 9 months old baby boy ? as it's very hot in mumbai
glkand des not have very cooling properties, plus it is very high on sugar content, absolutely not recommended for children so young. plz totally avoid it. keep giving water and sugar less fruit juices for hydration
