can i give makahana to baby of 8 mnth. what shd be the quatity of lunch for baby? is 1 bowl daal vegies are enough or nt?

hi dear, yes makhana is good, give a small amount and check first three days... quantity varies from baby to baby just like your food amount would vary from mine. feed as much as baby eats. do not force feed
