Do not give anything orally to the baby without discussing with the doctor. Some brands of gripe water even have a small content of alcohol.

gripe water is just pure sugar  hence not recommended. the baby is too small and hence is taking time to digestive disorders. give baby some time to.adjust to new feelings and new processes in body. he will be much better by 4-5 mts
