Dalia is a form of whole wheat which is healthy. Make it interesting by adding vegetables or if you prefer a sweet version then make worth skimmed milk and jaggery and add dry fruits to make it more wholesome.

namkeen dalia makes a very interesting snack! dalia per se is very healthy so i see no problem :)
