Some where i read tht Maggie (new pack too)is having the dangerous ingredients which can pass through BM and affects baby too..so better not to have..

Better not to have regularly...it may fill your stomach but won't provide enough nutrients required for your body to get normal from pregnancy or for baby to feed. Always keep some varieties of fruits and milk... so that in case of emergency you can have milkshake or smoothies.
