Yes kritika.. sweet potatoes are two types- red and white one.. white one is good in diabetic but red one will be more sweeter and increase the sugar levels..

I just read on internet that sweet potato balances insulin levels and is anti diabetic.. @616d5a27c1b4770013bcb718 are u sure that it should be avoided?
