Can i take eno? M 4 month pregnant and having gas problem.. At a moment can anyone help... Pls give ur suggestion for the relief...
Nope... avoid eno in pregnancy. my gyaenac prescribed me digene..

Don't take eno during pregncy. Instead u can swallow garlic one or two pieces,; Drink jeera water,; Take walks. I too have gas pblms, these all gives me relief. Better way is stay away from foods which makes u gastric nd don't keep ur stomch <u>empty</u>
