Usually doctors advice not to use as it may cause nipple confusion to Breastfeeding baby but once if Breastfeeding is properly established for you and baby then one can use. My doctor allowed me to use but asked me to maintain hygiene because this will go directly in baby’s mouth. You have to sterilise it properly. But never make it a habit.
