u can take d stairs.. i usually opt for stairs.. try nt to climb fast.. nd breathe slowly once u finish.. helps a lot..!

its depends on your pregency condition as my gyne advice me not to climb and long time standing so plz talk to your gyne she better understand ur condition becouse every one hv diffrent problems

yes dear you can climb stairs but take haults in between, After climbing few stairs inhale and exhale and than again climb few. I stayed on the third floor so throughout my pregnancy have climbed stairs wenever i move out for sme work. No lift so had to do that 😊
