You need to check with your doctor with regards to your specific pregnancy condition. If you have been exercising all thru and if pregnancy is healthy then you can continue some safe low impact exercises even in the first trimester. However most doctors will give the go ahead only after the twelfth week scan which will indicate the cervical length and the placental position. Do not follow general advice as every pregnancy is different and unique.

sweetha ...dear start with prenatal exercise classes near you . yoga is best but u should choose a gud instructor. I did yoga before pregnancy .My instructor didn't allow me to do yoga till delivery. My gynec suggested simple exercises and breathing exercises for daily routine . so consult your gynec first . happy pregnancy dear ....<u>looollzz</u>
