Take the required amount of wheat flour. in a kadhai add ghee if you wish, else heat kadhai and dry roast the flour. continue until you start getting a nutty aroma. you can roast maybe 2-3 cups of flour if you wish and can store in air tight container for a few days use. when making porridge, in a vessel take about 200 ml water, to this add the sweetener of your choice(jaggery, date syrup or i use panam kalkandam about which you can read on my page). now add about two teaspoons of the flour and mix well so that no lumps are formed. it is better to mix in room temperature water as lumps formation is easily avoided. now cook this mixture, stirring till it comes to the thickness consistency preferred by baby. you can also add dry nuts powder to this( also shared on my page) to increase nutrition content. thanks for the tag @63729b593f31520016a69b80

Than wheat flour... i feel.. buy whole wheat or broken wheat also will be available.. Soak overnight and pressure-cooker for 7-8 whistles. It takes long to cook.
