Can somebody help me understand the process of breast pumping. If I pump 20-30 ml, and store it in a bottle. Later I pump again after half an hour, can I store it in the same bottle? Also, for how long can I keep it outside?
Yes Annie you can store it in the same bottle, you can keep the milk in room temperature for around 4 hours but as it's summer try and let the baby consume as soon as possible.
