Can we eat momos during pregnancy and what can we apply for high pigmentation.. I checked with my gynac she asked me to avoid applying anything.. My face is having extreme breakouts.. Is there any home remedies I can try...

U can eat 1 or 2 momos but avoid its ssues because in it pure chilli which is very harmful for both .use herbal creams and drink water and be <u>positive</u>

Avoid oily and salty food. U can prepare healthy momos minus msg at home and eat it to satisfy ur craving. <br> For breakouts use a normal anti acne herbal face wash ( lotus tea tree facewash works well for me) 2 to 3 times per day. Trim ur nails and keep ur face and hamds ultra clean. Use only clean towel for face or betterbeven tissues. <br> U can make a mixture of lemon juice, cinnamon powder and honey. Apply it directly on face. It ll burn and irritate a lot and almost make u cry but it works. Keep it for 20 to 30 minutes. Gradually the burning sensation will reduce and then u can wash it off. Then apply ice for soothing the skin followed by chandan on the spots. <br> Tea tree essentual oil by nykaa is also very helpful for breakouts.
