Yes absolutely. Anything local and seasonal is fine during pregnancy. Besides fruits are the most easily absorbed by our body, easier than rice, roti or milk for example. So eat as much as you want, that's what my nutritionist had told me.

Bael sharbat is so refreshing. It's very cooling during summers. I personally love it's taste so it depends on you whether you like to drink it or not. I had it for a month during my pregnancy and didn't have any problems. I had mangoes too but ya like our mom experts said we should consume it in moderation. My mum says it's good to leave mangoes soaked in water for sometime if you don't want them to heat up your tummy.

Bael is commonly called as a wood Apple,  it's so yummy. U can hv it actually it's act as an instant  energy booster.. Also provides relief from constipation...
