Can we start giving curd rice to babies now? Or we need to avoid as curd is made of milk which needs to be avoided till 1yr?

You can give it. No problem... Milk contains lactose which is hard to digest and ur kid might be allergic to it...that's why it's better to avoid till one year and when you make curd of that milk lactose gets broken..easy to digest, probiotic, healthy...add it to daily meals... It would help in improving digestion of the baby... Don't keep it in friden give as it becomes sour n can cause the infection... Make it fresh as in u can keep it in the morning and use it with evening snacks or for lunch.... Avoid having in <u>nigt</u>

Give curd rice with complete ease. Just make rice really soft as children can't be expected to chew or even digest fuller rice. It's OK to give curd in any season in fact it is one of the best foods for people across ages, just that in winters, don't give curd that has been kept in the <u>fridge</u>
