can you pls explain the process of conception...i have a blocked left fallopian tube and i believe even the ovulation kits won't work because i would not know which side ovary has released egg. Someone told me that irrespective o the blockage uterus can pick the egg from any ovary. I am lil confused now on the overall process.. @Rebecca Prakash Prakash @Dr Shilpitha Singh Shanthappa
I have noticed in my follicular study that sometimes the left ovary will show improvement in numbers but last minute the right will have dominating follicle , this had happened many times with me. So we really don't know that's why said nothing wrong in trying. Just to add on don't have intercourse thinking you should get pregnant just have casual .. it makes a difference.

Yes Ovulation kit might not be of great help as you need to ovulate from right ovary, so follicular study is must. But you can try randomly if you don't want to go through follicular study no harm in having sex every month 😆. I know many people who got pregnant with one tube though the time frame will be more compared to other ladies. IVF is also boon to blocked fallopian tubes but in your case since you already got pregnant do try again. All the best Deepti, If anything is there to add Dr . Shilpitha will do.
