Can't sleep at night can't wake up in morning... Please tell me what should I do so that I could sleep at time in night and wake up in morning at time???

It's just 14 weeks.. As the weeks goes you will have more lack of sleep so please don't make this as a habit, atleast close your eyes and stay on your bed.

Try reading 📖, listen to music, meditate, have a glass of warm milk before going to bed, try to lie down and close your eyes, keep all the gadgets away before going to bed

If you are not on bed rest try to be atctive so that you feel sleepy soon. And STAY AWAY FROM PHONE warna to neend pakka nahi ani.

Can't help in dat...Dis happens in initial n last month's of pregnancy. Only solution for dis is just go to bed whenever u feel dizzy.
