Monsoon Care for toddlers
Monsoons are loved by everyone but for toddler moms this may not be the case always.
As kids are prone to stomach infection and fever...
Following are few points that i have followed over four years to keep my lil one safe n healthy during monsoon season.
* Home cooked meals preferred avoid outside food completely.
(Maggi inculded)
* Give boiled water for drinking daily
*Tulsi , Ajwain can be added to boiled water and given.
* packaged deep fried food products should also be avoided.
* Flu vaccination should be given every year to keep viral at bay(consult your pedeatrician )
* Wearing socks may cause fungal infection to some kids so prefer only ankel length ones.Applying coconut oil saves from fungal infection.
* Use few drops of dettol for mopping n dusting house n maintain good hygiene in kitchen.
* Dal Chawaal , khichdi , upma , poha n fresh fruits are good to eat if kids get stomach infection.

* Washing hands and feet frequently after coming home from outside a must.
* Apply coconut oil on body espl below knee to avoid dengue mosquito bite.
* Fruity , Tang any other drinks which has preservatives should be avoided.
