Carrot Beetroot Soup

Ingredients :
1. Carrot - 1 medium washed / peeled
2. Beetroot - 1 small washed / peeled
3. Water - As required

Preparation :
1. Cut the washed carrot and beetroot into small cubes.
2. Steam both together in a pressure cooker.
3. Allow 4 to 5 whistles for it to cook nicely.
4. Once cool, blend and strain the contents using a sieve
5. Collect the soup water and serve lukewarm in a bowl
6. Feed with a baby spoon

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
