Carrot Beetroot Soup

Ingredients :
1 medium carrot
1 medium beetroot

Preparation :
Clean and peel the carrot and beetroot and cut into small cubes.
Steam both together in a pressure cooker. Allow 4 to 5 whistles ..
Once the cooked vegetables cool, you can either blend and strain or mash.
The soup can be warmed a little and then served.

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
