Carrot Halwa
Ingredients
-Carrots 1 kg (grated)
-Sugar 1/2 cup or to taste
-Cardamom powder 1/2 Tsp
-Powder milk 2 Tbsp
-Milk 1/2 cup
-Khoya 1/2 cup
-Pistachio and almonds to taste
-Ghee 1 Tbsp
Method
-Add grated carrots in a warm pot and cook until water of carrots gets dry
-Add sugar and mix continuously until sugar dissolves
-Add milk & cook until milk gets dry and carrots cooks completely.
-Add ghee, cardamom powder and stir well
-Add powder milk (optional) and again mix and cook continuously until ghee separates
-Now turn off your heat and add khoya and nuts
