Carrot Palak Puree

Ingredients :
1. Carrot - 1 Medium sized washed /peeled/chopped
2. Spinach leaves -3-4 washed and diced
3. Water - As required

Preparation :
1. Take a pressure cooker and steam the carrots and spinach
2. Cook until 2 whistles .
3. Once cool ,mash or blend the cooked carrot and spinach.
4. Blend in a mixer to get smooth consistency.
5. Serve lukewarm in a bowl and feed with a baby spoon

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
