Carrot Potato Rice

Ingredients :
1.Rice - 2 tbsp soaked
2.Carrot- 2 tbsp peeled and chopped
3.Potato - 2 tbsp peeled and chopped
4.Turmeric powder- ⅛ tsp
5.water - As required
6. Ghee - 1 Tsp

Preparation :
1. In a pressure cooker add the soaked rice
2. Then add chopped vegetables
3. Then add a tsp of ghee, turmeric powder and water. Stir well.
4. Cook in a medium flame for 3-4 whistles.
5. Once cool, mash it well with a masher until soft.
6. Serve lukewarm and feed with a baby spoon.


Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
