Ingredients:
1 banana
4-5 cashewnuts
2-3 florets of cauliflower, steamed
1 small potato , boiled
1/4 cup oats
water as required
Method:
In a blender add all the ingredients and pulse to get a lump free smoothie. Serve immediately.
