I have been noticing that my little girl has recently become a picky eater and she avoids eating veggies especially. In case of fruits, I tend to make her eat somehow but can’t do the same for vegetables. I try to make a wholesome meal consisting of pulses, rice and veggies..yet she gets picky and fussy again.
So I decided to give some twist to the veggies she doesn’t like. For example cauliflower as you can see in the video, I made a mini video, couldn’t record everything I did.
Recipe for cauliflower fry :
All you have to do is : 🥣cauliflower thoroughly washed & cut into little flowers 🥣 Take a bowl, add all 2-3 tbsp of gram flour 🥣 Add salt, turmeric, 1/2 tsp of ginger paste and little chilli powder to gram flour (add water and make a thick consistency so that it sticks to the cauliflower) 🥣 Marinate cauliflower pieces for about 1/2 hour 🥣 Deep fry these cauliflower pieces and garnish with some microgreens
Cauliflower contains fiber and B-vitamins which are essential for growth in babies.It also contains fiber to enhance weight loss and digestion. It also helps is making a stronger memory and better learning enhancement.
