Depends from one person to another. Bahar se apke stiches 2-3 weeks mai heal ho jayenge and 40 days mai ap ghar ka kam resume kar sakti ho. Workout 6 months start karo. Andar se it may take upto a year to heal. Jitma active rahoge utni recovery jaldi and achi hogi. Its a myth that u shud keep siting or lying down.
