I started after 5 days just avoid tummy area till u stitches are disolved or removed.

I had started after my gynac check up... She gave a thumbs up stitches healed well. It was 2 weeks post delivery

Hi<br> Please wait until the sutures are removed or at least two weeks. Do not apply pressure on the tummy

Anytime after you get your first review done with gynae. Just avoid tummy area.
